(iii) Therefore, whether he accepts that the candidates were allowed to answer in any of the aforementioned languages;
(iv) whether the candidates who answered in Sinhala had not been allowed to be qualified for English teaching posts;
(v) if so, whether there was any prior notice by way of the Gazette Notification by which the applications were called or otherwise, to the effect that the Sinhala medium question paper also should be answered in English medium;
(vi) whether he accepts the fact that an injustice has been caused for the candidates who answered in Sinhala medium in a backdrop that there had not been a prior notice to the effect that answering in Sinhala medium amounts to a disqualification for English teaching posts;

(ii) of the names of the banks in which this organization had operate accounts in Sri Lanka ; and

(i) of the date on which this volunteer organization was banned in Sri Lanka;

(i) of the village of Muhamalai that belongs to Pachchilaipalli Divisional Secretariat Division in the Killinochchi District;
(ii) of the extent of the area of land and the population of that village; and
(iii) of the fact that landmines have been buried in that area, and of the persons who are providing financial assistance for the programme that is being implemented to demine that area?
(i) of the period of time that will be taken to completely demine that area;
(ii) of the date on which those lands are expected to be handed over to the people enabling them to settle there; and
(iii) whether steps will be taken to provide those people with facilities such as resettlements and housing schemes?
(a) Is he aware —
(i) of the Paravipanjan area situated in the Killinochchi Town Grama Niladhari Division in the Kilinochchi District;
(ii) that resettlement activities in that area are yet to be completed;
(iii) that, after a long time, people were, step by step, resettled in that area, which was under military control;
(iv) that, it has been informed by the President that the lands belonging to the people living in this area will be released from the control of the military and will be given to those people;
(v) that, an extent of lands of 17.2 acres is yet to be released; and
(vi) that, for this reason, 56 families to whom those lands belong have been rendered destitute because they do not have any other place to settle in?

(i) whether those lands have been completely released as informed by the President;
(ii) of the date on which the lands that are in extent of 17.2 acres will be released;
(iii) of the date on which action will be taken to resettle the 56 families referred to in (a)(vi) above; and
